Graduated from Culinary Arts in Raleigh, NC. Grew up in the Louisiana Bayou, the son of a boat captain who taught his sons to fish and to cook--Cajun style. He serves as a chef-consult and artfully designs cuisine of all types with a New Orleans flare.
Kelly Knight 
Has 12 years experience in design and management of food service. Studying in Alaska, Oregon and Arizona, she leads the team from start to finish with an creative flare.
John & Miriam Varela come from a long line of good cooks. Their Navajo and Mexican heritage flavors their life and makes their cuisine sizzle.
